Co-ordinator Gareth Evans has admitted that the first season took them almost three years to complete, including design, filming, and post-production. This could mean that it would be difficult for the second season to be ready for release in 2021.
However, the Gangs of London Season 2 may not take much time as a few things would have been available since the first season’s production. So, if the team threatens to record season 2 in early summer 2021, viewers can expect the Gangs of London Season 2 to release sometime in 2022.

In the first season, Finn Wallace is assassinated, and no one knows who’s up against him. However, that is only the beginning, and the situation is getting worse when his son, Sean, tries to take his place. Adding to this is Elliot, who is said to be an employee of the Wallace family, but he is not who he claims to be.
Like the first season, season 2 promises to be equally cruel, violent, and bloody, as each and every criminal gang in the world tries to gain power. Gens has revealed that the second season will shed some light on a character’s journey into the criminal world, with some having to deal with the consequences of their actions.
