Today’s topic is, why after delivery body fat increases so fast. When a baby born, belly size increases, we become fatty, and weight increases. What is the matter? What happens suddenly to be body fat? 80% of ladies become fat just after pregnancy.

These foods take time to digest. To digest foods like ghee, milk, fish, Roti, cooked foods, these foods digest after 6 -8 hours. If you don’t give this time to your body and if you eat within 3 – 4 hours, then the body will not digest the food and keep gaining Body Fat.

There is less nutrition in such foods. Any number of pieces of bread you eat, for pregnancy you feel weak, issues start and supplement starts for iron, calcium, etc.

Eat fruits and vegetables more and more, eat less cooked foods, either 1 or 2 times. In between that, like if you eat 2 times keep a gap of 6- 8 hours.

Your belly becomes this big, that doesn’t decrease, you get tired doing exercise. By changing the routine of eating, your belly will decrease in inches that.

You will get a good result and after the delivery, if any lady doesn’t’ eat much milk, ghee, fishes, cooked foods, if eat fruits and vegetables more, you will be normal like before.
